At Loulouvibes, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
What qualifies for a return or refund
We accept returns and issue refunds for the following reasons:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at laurette@loulouvibes.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item showing the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Low-cost items
For low-value items, we may issue a full refund without requiring you to return the product. We will let you know if this applies to your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
